h3_20step_benchmarks.json is authoritative. It contains collection metadata and an ordered
runs array. h3_20step_benchmarks.csv flattens the fields most useful for spreadsheets and quick
comparisons. runtime_sources.json binds each copied runtime script to its source path and
SHA-256.
